West Virginia Juried Exhibition

Pretty stoked that two of my pieces will be in the The West Virginia Division of Culture and History‘s 2016 Juried Exhibition.

Light Pillars over Morgantown

-In the sub-zero air, my friends (Dennis Lees & Anna Withrow) and I skied out to the overlook at Coopers Rocks, WV. What I captured was a strange phenomenon, known as Light Pillars. Captured on 2/20/15

Moonlight and Stars trails over Jenkinsburge Bridge

-Star Trails above Jenkinsburg Bridge. I shot 450 consecutive photos through the night, and combined them in Photoshop to form this composite image. The hills and bridge are lit by the moonlight of that night. Captured on 4/29/15

The opening Reception will be on November 8, 2015 – starting at 4 p.m.

The exhibition will run from November 8, 2015 to February 21, in case you can’t make it for the opening.
