I’ve been doing a lot of data visualization work this last year, and one of my favorites is the Dynamic Sunburst..

Being both artistically inclined and technically savvy, I thought it would be fun to try making a quick visualization based on myself (since I can’t really share much of anything else I get to work on professionally…joys of working with the government).

I built this with D3.js. The Sunburst zooming is based on an example by Mike Bostock, along with some additional formatting from Jason Davies‘ rendition of the Coffee Flavor Wheel.
